As you all are aware about our 3-days Scouts & Guides camp. Today was the second day of the camp and all the students were more excited for all the activities of the day. The camp featured a range of exciting activities and challenges. Students were given opportunities to learn essential survival skills, such as setting up a camp, starting a fire, and navigating through the wilderness. They were also taught the basics of first aid, map reading, and knot tying. Apart from these, the camp also had numerous team-building activities like group games, treasure hunts, and obstacle courses that encouraged students to work together and build camaraderie. The event proved to be an enriching and enjoyable experience for all participants.
On 20th October 2023, Translam Academy – Way To Success KG wing celebrated Navratri and Dussehra festival with great zeal, enthusiasm and spiritualism to commemorate and invoke the blessings of Goddess Durga in her various forms. On this religious occasion of Navratri and Dussehra, the students presented a skit on the theme VICTORY OF GOOD OVER EVIL. The tiny tots of our school attired in traditional dresses. They performed Dandiya and Garba beautifully. Also showcased their talent by performing an act on “RAMAYAN”. The event was a learning experience for all of us and enriched us about our rich Indian culture and values. School Principal Mr. Dheeraj Arya encouraged kids to celebrate festivals religiously and also told them importance of our culture. We wish all our students and their loved ones a very Happy and Prosperous Festive Season!!!
We are extremely delighted to share one of the greatest achievement of our students. Our 5 students participated in Archery CBSE Cluster-2023 (State Level) and two of them “AAYUSHI (12 Science) and LUCKY (11 Humanities) got Silver Medal and qualified for Nationals. This event was held at “Shanti Memorial Public School, Haridwar, Uttarakhand”. Around 375 students and 72 Schools participated in the event. UDGAM (6A) and ASHWIN (10A) secured 7th rank in different categories among 175 individual participants. We wish them good luck for Nationals and may they have a bright future ahead. ✨🔆
Translam Academy – Way To Success recently hosted a Scouts and Guides camp on 19th October 2023, which saw enthusiastic participation from students of Classes 4th to 9th and 11th. It was organised by “HINDUSTAN SCOUTS & GUIDES ASSOCIATION”. The event aimed to provide a platform for students to develop their leadership skills, teamwork, and survival skills, while also fostering a sense of community and collaboration among them.The camp featured a range of exciting activities and challenges. Translam Academy – Way To Success organised International Girl Child Day to make students aware about the gender inequality faced by girls. The main objective of observing this day is to empower women and help them get their rights so that they can face challenges all over the world and fulfil their needs. School Principal Mr. Dheeraj Arya talked about issues affecting girls such as education, nutrition, child marriage and legal rights. A speech competition was organised for classes 9 to 12 on “Save girl child”. Group dance and Fancy dress competition was organised for Kindergarten students. #girlchild #girlchildday
