TRANSLAM’s motto is to create leaders of tomorrow and there is a special ceremony that turns it into reality. For us, Investiture Ceremony is not just about providing titles, but about conferring responsibilities to the students, to take charge of the school and take it to the height they desire with their leadership and decision making skills, communication and teamwork.
At this ceremony, a school prefectorial board is formed after scrutinous interviewing and selection which gives them a feel of functioning of an official administrative body. The selected students are honoured with their respective badges such as Head Girl, Head Boy, Sport Captain and the student council members take an oath to faithfully work for the school. Our Principal, Dheeraj Arya SIR, also encourages them to put in honest efforts for every endeavor and become an inspiration for others.

To highlight the importance of the day, we have organised an “Inter House Maruti Nandan Bhajan Competition” they sang many devotional songs and worshipped Lord Hanuman. Chief guest and judge of the programme was Dr. Pawan Kumar. To enhance the different skills and entrepreneurship qualities of students and teachers, CBSE, AICTE, NCERT, Ministry of Education and Government of India have organised two days Boot camp at NIET Noida.The IDE Boot Camp was a transformative experience that equipped participants with practical skills and knowledge essential for innovation and entrepreneurship. The diverse range of topics covered, coupled with the expertise of the resource persons, ensured that attendees gained valuable insights and actionable strategies to pursue their entrepreneurial aspirations. The boot camp not only broadened my perspective on innovation but also inspired me to apply these learnings in my academic and professional pursuits. The Annual Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) and Result Day for the Academic Session 2023-2024 were held at Translam Academy – Way To Success on 30th March, 2024. The purpose of these meetings was to discuss the academic performance of learners with their parents and provide feedback on their health and progress. It was a momentous occasion as our young graduates received their certificates, marking the completion of their first formal education level.
