Translam Academy – Way To Success hosted the Inter-House Chess competition to provide a platform to its students to improve their logical thinking, analytical reasoning and problem-solving. Young budding students from Grades 9 to 12 participated in the Inter-House Chess Competition on 24th July 2024. As the day of the Chess tournament approached all highly enthusiastic students were all geared up to beat their opponents in nail-biting matches. This is to inform you that Meerut District Roller Skating Association has organised a Championship on 19th May,2024 for boys and girls in various age group categories.It was held at “THE AARYAN SCHOOL, NH-58, JATOLI BYPASS, MEERUT”. There were about 200 participants from 15 different Schools. Our five Students got medals in different categories:- Aditi Tomar (Under-6) Gold Medal 🏅 Devansh (Under-6) Bronze Medal 🥉 Rakshit Siradhana (Under-10) Bronze Medal 🥉 Samar (Under-12) Silver Medal 🥈 Mohsin (Under-12) Silver Medal 🥈 It is a great achievement for us as well as our champions. Mr. Dheeraj Arya Sir (Principal) and Mr. Seemant Jain Sir (Director) congratulated the students and gave them blessings to do great in future also. It was possible only under the training and guidance of Mr. Ankit Gautam, Skating Coach (Gold Medalist State Level). The shot put is a track and field event involving “putting” (throwing) a heavy spherical ball—the shot—as far as possible. For men, the sport has been a part of the modern Olympics since their revival (1896), and women’s competition began in 1948. First Activity of Session 2024-25✨🌟”INTRA CLASS TUG OF WAR” It was hard to hold on, it was even harder to let go! That’s what our students told us when they participated in the intra class Tug of War which was organised for classes 1st to 8th.We must say, our children are quite strong. An Inter House Volleyball Competition was held on Wednesday, 18 October, 2023 and final match was on 1 November 2023 in Translam Academy – Way To Success . Four teams from Tagore, Subhash,Bhagat and Gandhi Houses played matches on a knock-out basis. The competition witnessed intense matches and fighting spirit among the houses, with Bhagat House and Gandhi House reaching the Finals. In the finals, it was Gandhi House which emerged victorious after an exuberantly contested game, showcasing their excellent teamwork, coordination and playing skills. We are proud of all the teams that participated and demonstrated great sportsmanship throughout the competition. We shall continue practising and honing skills to build our school team as our Goal and with our Motto “To Greater Heights”.
We are extremely delighted to share one of the greatest achievement of our students. Our 5 students participated in Archery CBSE Cluster-2023 (State Level) and two of them “AAYUSHI (12 Science) and LUCKY (11 Humanities) got Silver Medal and qualified for Nationals. This event was held at “Shanti Memorial Public School, Haridwar, Uttarakhand”. Around 375 students and 72 Schools participated in the event. UDGAM (6A) and ASHWIN (10A) secured 7th rank in different categories among 175 individual participants. We wish them good luck for Nationals and may they have a bright future ahead. ✨🔆
